Starting June 13, new forms of application for registration at the place of residence and notification of arrival are introduced.
The Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation of March 24, 2020 No. 180 "On Amending the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia dated July 30, 2019 No. 514" Changes in the implementation of migration registration or registration at the place of residence / stay of foreign citizens was published:
- If the residence permit is without validity period, then it is possible to register for an unlimited period and the date on the registration mark is not indicated (it remains empty);
- The application of a foreign citizen or stateless person for registration at the place of residence (Appendix No. 2) and the Notification of the arrival of a foreign citizen or stateless person at the place of residence (Appendix No. 3) have changed.
