1. In accordance with the Governmental order dated 06.02.2021 No. 258-r, foreign highly qualified specialists and their accompanying family members can enter the Russian Federation MULTIPLE times. At the same time, the procedure for approving the entry remains unchanged by contacting the relevant Ministry.
2. From 06/02/2021, on the State Service portal, any foreign citizen can check the information about whether he is included in the list of crossing the border of the Russian Federation (whether the entry permit was opened to him into the Russian Federation).
