Within the framework of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of 19.08.2024 N 702 “On the provision of humanitarian support to persons sharing traditional Russian spiritual and moral values”, the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 17.09. 2024 N 2560-p approved the List of foreign states implementing policies that impose destructive neoliberal ideological attitudes that contradict traditional Russian spiritual and moral values.
Thus, citizens of these states and persons holding a residence permit in these countries, in the states specified in the List, wishing to move to Russia, can obtain a temporary residence permit in a simplified manner - without taking into account the quota and without confirmation of knowledge of the Russian language, the history of Russia, the fundamentals of the legislation of the Russian Federation!
