Оur company Law&Travel informs that order N 172 N from 03.04.2025 of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation has been published on the approval of the list of professions of foreign citizens who have the right to apply for a permanent residence permit in the Russian Federation without obtaining a temporary residence permit.
The list includes 29 professions, all of which belong to skilled labor requiring special education.
We draw your attention to the fact that only after working in the Russian Federation for a year in one of these professions, a foreign specialist has the right to apply for a permanent residence permit, bypassing the temporary residence permit.
