Federal Law No. 271-FZ of July 31, 2025 was approved and published and comes into force on September 1, 2025.

New state fees are introduced:
- for registration at the place of stay - 500 rubles;

- for extension of temporary stay - 1,000 rubles;

- for issuing or reissuing a patent - 4,200 rubles;

- for issuing a duplicate patent, as well as for making changes to a patent - 2,100 rubles;

- for issuing a duplicate RNR, as well as for making changes to RNR - 2,100 rubles;

- for extending the validity of RNR - 4,200 rubles;

- for issuing a duplicate permit to attract foreign labor, as well as for making changes to this permit - 2,100 rubles;

- for registering a foreigner at the place of residence - 1000 rubles.
